History & Development

The Nordiska piano established in Stockholm, Sweden in 1926.

In 1958, Dotzek, a famous German piano design master, joined Nortiska Company, which comprehensively improved the design and manufacturing level of pianos.

Nortiska pianos were also rated as the Global top 10 pianos by the German magazine "Music Instrument Industry".

Nortiska grand pianos, with an annual output of more than 6,000 units at its peak.

1990: Gold Medal of the First China Light Industry Expo;

1994: The only Gold Medal of the 5th Asia-Pacific International Musical Instrument Expo;

1997: the only Gold Medal of the Asia-Pacific Regional Musical Instrument;

On April 5, 1988, 25 Dongbei Piano’s employees arrived in Sweden executed the acquisition plan and began to learn the manufacturing technology of Nordiska pianos.

After the learner, they were packaged and shipped all the technical equipment relational and stock materials of the Nordiska factory back to China. Dongbei Piano built a new workshop according to the Swedish factory production process & machines layout. Named Nordiska workshop.

The acquisition has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development of Dongbei Piano.

Original Design

Nortiska Piano 133HE was designed by the world-renowned piano designer Mr. Docek, who poured his lifelong learning into it. Mr. Docek is also the chairman of the European Piano Manufacturers Association and the designer of Steinway. The core design of 133HE and The technology comes from the world's upright piano benchmark German Steinway K133.

Technological innovation

The design of the curved horse bridge by the master of piano design, Mr. Docek, was further improved and perfected by the German piano designer Mr. Guo Kai, and the special structure and manufacturing process were adopted to make the soundboard of the piano resonate more effectively, especially in the middle and low range. It is more like the vibration effect of a grand piano.
